A shortlist of suitable properties compiled, viewing times and dates are arranged and coordinated to suit your schedules. On viewing days you may be met at the property or if required, your Advisor will collect youfrom an agreed location. (Orientation Tours may also be arranged).

Thereafter your Advisor will liaise with all parties involved, make any necessary arrangements to facilitate a smooth troublefree move in, this may include providing an Inventory & Schedule of Condition if not provided, taking meter readings and advising all relevant Utility Companies of your date of occupation.
