£400 Initial instruction fee – deductible from final purchase fee on purchases up to £500,000.

£600 Initial instruction fee – deductible from final purchase fee on purchases above £500,000.

Completion Fees

1% of purchase price up to £500,000

£5000 plus 0.75% of amounts above £500,000 up to £1.5 million.

£12500 plus 0.5% of amounts above £1.5M up to £2.5M

Negotiable on amounts thereafter.

Instruction period 16 weeks.
